When you join the release list, Tolowa Gallery stores your email address, optional name, and collection interest to send collection announcements and manage your subscription. The gallery uses Cloudflare for the site, Postgres for the contact ledger, Sanity for an editorial contact mirror, and Resend through its automation workflow for email delivery.

Website funnel reporting is intentionally privacy-minimal and does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, or checkout payloads in its event ledger.
